We are a leading creator of conferences and summits who aim to bring together great minds with avid learners amongst the thought-inspiring atmosphere of leading venues. Chilli IQ has many years of collective experience in the area of creating and developing innovative conferences and summits for the changing business environment. This is not though what differentiates us from the crowd, what makes us unique is our modus operandi. We value quality and strive to ensure that every aspect of our events reflects this– from the choice of speakers, the venue and the genuine attention to detail.
Our main objective is to lead the field in the area of knowledge delivery and as this is a fluid process we are constantly seeking new avenues and evolving to make sure we never just settle. We ensure that all who partake in the Chilli IQ conference experience – whether it be as a delegate, a speaker, a sponsor or an endorsing association – maximise their investment and attain a higher level of understanding and awareness of the chosen business theme.
Chilli IQ are leaders in the area of legal technology having produced Australia's first Lawtech Summit, which is currently in its fifteenth year. We also produce Australia's only dedicated event to legal leaders, the Managing Partners Forum, which has consistently moved the parameters of quality and has become the 'sell out event' year by year. As a leading creator of innovative conferences, Chilli IQ has set the standard for leading legal and corporate events which have become essential annual events.

Chilli IQ News January 1, 2021 - After the very challenging year in 2020, we looked at various options to secure the future of our business and events in the legal industry. We have opted to seek out a strategic partner who believes in the Chilli IQ model and we are thrilled to announce that that we have found that partnership with Thomson Reuters.
Through partnering with Thomson Reuters, Chilli IQ will be supported in the industry to run and grow our independent events in the Asia-Pacific region. We are very grateful that we can continue to run our homegrown events business with additional support and expertise. Nothing will change with us and our events they will still be run as independent events with the Chilli IQ brand and team as they have been.

GEORGE KATRIVESIS
MARKETING AND SALES DIRECTOR
Having over 25 years of sales, marketing & management experience and a degree in Business Marketing, George founded Chilli Marketing Solutions in September 2002, originally the business was a marketing consultancy assisting SME’s with their outsourced marketing needs. It was also the platform for the conference arm of the business which was to follow in late 2003. Since then the business has grown into Chilli IQ which creates and develops innovative conferences, in Australia, Asia and now the UK. George’s marketing & management background have provided him with the impetus to grow Chilli IQ into new markets, manage the daily running on the business and to be at the forefront of client relations.
JENNY KATRIVESIS
PRODUCTION DIRECTOR CONFERENCES & SUMMITS
After graduating with a Sociology degree which she has used creatively in her career path – Jenny has had a rich and varied professional life. From working on an aboriginal community in outback Australia to running her own language centre in northern Italy for over 10 years, she finally settled back home in Australia, where she started working for a global conference company. This experience laid the foundation and drawing on her fine-tuned research skills and a sharp eye for quality - the pathway to Chilli IQ was set. Together with George and Kathy she is one of the founding partners and part of the management team at Chilli IQ.
KATHY KATRIVESIS
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Kathy's Project Management skills in one of Australia's largest Telecommunications Company's instilled in her a strong operational and co-ordination mindset which she has utilised in her current role at Chilli IQ. Prior to this her accounting background assisted her to form her own bookkeeping business which she ran parallel to Chilli Marketing. Kathy’s talents lie in order and numbers and what better way to transfer this talent to practice than to be responsible for the organisation of our events – making sure all is where and when it is planned to be. Her acute sense of detail has come in useful, especially when needing to juggle diverse aspects of her role like event management and managing the company’s finances.
